Aibel signs frame agreement for FPSO modifications

STAVANGER, Norway -- Teekay Petrojarl Production has signed a frame agreement with Aibel for future modification projects on FPSOs in Norway, the UK, and Brazil.
The vessels covered by the agreement include:
- Petrojarl I on the Glitne field (Norwegian continental shelf)
- Petrojarl Varg on the Varg field (Norwegian continental shelf)
- Petrojarl Banff on the Banff field (UK continental shelf)
- Petrojarl Foinaven on the Foinaven field (west of Shetland)
- Petrojarl Cidade De Rio Das Ostras (Campos basin)
The frame agreement covers activities ranging from engineering pre-studies to complete EPCI projects. The agreement is valid for three years, with optional extensions for 1+1 year.
