HONG KONG -- China Oilfield Services has signed a service contract for the jackup COSL Strike with UAE-based Global Petro Tech FZCO (GPT).
The contract term is three years with an optional nine-month extension. China Oilfield Services hopes to use this arrangement as a springboard into other oilfield services in the Middle East.
