OSLO -- Sanko Steamship Co. has awarded STX Europe contracts totaling $56 million for delivery of design and ship equipment to four platform supply vessels.
The PSV 09 CD vessels will be built by the Japanese shipbuilding group Universal Shipbuilding Corp. (formerly NKK Corp. and Hitachi Zosen Corp.) and are scheduled for delivery between 2010 and 2012.
