Motor tankerTempera was delivered to Fortum Shipping, a Finnish energy company, in Japan at Sumitomo shipyard to navigate in the Baltic Sea. The DAT (Doubling Acting Tanker) concept developed by Kvaerner-Masa Yards enables the tanker to proceed in demanding ice conditions. Tempera will ship crude oil year round from the Baltic Sea and the North Sea to the Porvoo and Naantali Finnish oil refineries. Her sister vessel Mastera will be delivered later this year.
