Contract extensions for Borr jackups offshore Mexico

HAMILTON, Bermuda — Borr Drilling’s Mexican joint venture company Perfomex has secured new contracts for five jackups.
The Galar, Gersemi, Grid, Njord and Odin are now contracted through year-end 2025 to OPEX Perforadora and Perforadora Profesional Akal, both integrated well services providers to Pemex.
The combined value of the contracts is $715 million. Borr Drilling provides the five rigs on a bareboat basis to the joint ventures.
