BREDA, the Netherlands – Wireless network service provider Blue Wireless will work with Vroon to assist connectivity onboard its offshore vessel fleet.
Blue Wireless is supporting implementation and management of Cradlepoint’s 4G/LTE solution on over 100 vessels as Vroon targets improved access to cloud solutions and maritime applications.
Vroon is working to expand the use of Microsoft Dynamics, MS Teams and other cloud applications on its vessels, augmenting existing on-board satellite infrastructure with high-speed 4G/LTE so that the fleet can access higher speed connectivity when operating near shore.
Blue Wireless’s solution is based on Cradlepoint 4G/LTE routers and long-range Poynting antennas with worldwide implementation, providing global mobile data coverage and support.
