Golar to continue FSRU operations offshore Croatia

OSLO, Norway – Golar LNG has sold its FSRU LNG Croatia (ex-Golar Viking) to LNG Hrvatska.

The sale should release around $47 million of free cash to Golar following repayment of the vessel debt facility and settlement of remaining conversion and commissioning costs.

Golar will now operate and maintain the LNG Croatia for 10 years minimum under contract to LNG Hrvatska.
