Offshore staff
BERGEN, Norway – Petrobras has awarded DOF Group’s anchor handler tug supply vessel Skandi Rio a three-year contract.
The contract is expected to start in December/January and includes a one-year option.
The Skandi Rio is a Brazilian built and flagged AHTS vessel equipped with work class ROVs for operations down to 3,000 m (9,842 ft) water depth.
The vessel is owned and operated by Norskan Offshore Ltda. DOF Subsea Brasil Servicios Ltda. will be responsible for the ROV operations. Both companies are 100% owned subsidiaries of DOF ASA.
