SSE delegates Berwick Bank wind FEED to Kent

LONDON — Kent will complete the FEED and detailed design of the wind turbine generator foundations and substructures for SSE Renewables’ Berwick Bank wind farm offshore eastern Scotland in the UK North Sea.
Recently Kent concluded concept design for the substation topsides and foundations. Its new scope includes project and engineering management and technical delivery for various disciplines.
The location is in the outer Firth of Forth, with potential installed capacity of up to 4.1 GW.
Kent has been working with SSE for more than two decades.
