Offshore staff
SAN DONATO MILANESE, Italy — Saipem is in talks concerning joint development and construction and offshore wind farms with Havfram Holding and HVAS Invest Kappa (a holding company controlled by HitecVision).
Their currently non-binding agreement, which could be finalized by the end of the third quarter, would combine Havfram’s business model and capabilities in the installation of offshore facilities with Saipem’s offshore wind EPCI competencies and assets.
The parties will form a joint team to assess and develop the technical, organizational, financial and valuation aspects of the potential collaboration.
