Last year, the company contracted Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering to build two NG-16000X design jackup installation vessels.
In addition, Seajacks UK Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed four contracts with customers in northwest Europe for between 189 and 240 days of employment for its NG2500-class vessels. The contracts are expected to generate between $11.6 million to $14.3 million of revenue in 2022.
Also, Van Oord has contracted the jackup installation vessel Seajacks Scylla for work in Europe next year. The contract is expected to generate about $60 million of revenue from the 1Q-4Q 2023.
