    Transaction strengthens bp’s grip on Foinaven field

    LONDON – Viaro Energy subsidiary Rockrose UKCS 10 has agreed to sell to bp its 28% interest in the Foinaven oil field west of Shetland.

    The transaction should be completed early next year.
