PARIS – Technip Energies and fabricator National Petroleum Construction Co. (NPCC) have signed a memorandum of understanding at the Gastech conference.
They plan to establish a joint venture to help advance the energy transition in the United Arab Emirates and other countries in the region.
Technip Energies brings experience in project management and solutions from early stage to project delivery, while NPCC can offer fabrication and management of EPC projects.
Among the targets are blue and green hydrogen and related decarbonization projects, CO2 capture, and ammonia.
