Eni exits offshore Pakistan licenses

SAN DONATO MILANESE, Italy – Eni will sell its shares in its E&P subsidiaries in Pakistan to Prime International Oil & Gas Co.
Prime is a new company formed by a team of former Eni local employees and Hub Power Co., Pakistan’s largest independent power producer.
The agreement includes interests in four exploration licenses in the Middle Indus and the Indus Offshore basins.
