Timms makes out-of-round offer on Seaward block 43/20c
UK Energy Minister Stephen Timms has offered a license to RWE Dea UK SNS Ltd. who had requested the blocks to be made available "out of round". The offer has been made on block 43/20c in the Southern North Sea.
The offer is a "traditional" offshore production license. The successful applicant will have a fixed period in which to decide whether or not to accept the offer.
