Liberia opens offshore bidding

A second round of offshore licensing has opened in Liberia with 10 blocks of 3,000 sq km (1,158 sq mi) area to 3,000 m (9,842 ft) depth, according to reports citing the National Oil Co. of Liberia. Bidding is scheduled to be open until June 1, 2008.
