DOT 2010: DOT unveils changes for 2011
HOUSTON – A new feature is coming to next year’s Deep Offshore Technology Convention and Exhibition. The event will be called Deep Offshore Technology Americas and will focus on the challenges and technologies surrounding deepwater exploration and development in the Americas region. DOT Americas 2011 will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans on Feb. 1-3, 2011.
“DOT Americas will discuss the specific challenges and latest ground-breaking solutions being applied to exploration and production in North and South Americas’ deepwater areas of petroleum activity,” says Eldon Ball, DOT conference director. As such, the event will showcase the innovative technologies being developed and applied to withstand hostile and ultra deepwater environments.
The show program will continue to be developed by an advisory board of industry professions from the operating and service company arenas.
DOT Americas is owned and produced by PennWell with Offshore magazine, the Oil & Gas Journal, Oil, Gas & Petrochem Equipment, and Oil & Gas Financial Journal as flagship media sponsors.
