SINGAPORE -- A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Singapore Petroleum Co. Ltd. and PT Pertamina, the Indonesian state oil company.
The MOU strengthens upstream operations cooperation between the companies domestically and internationally, and provides for information sharing.
"This MOU underscores SPC's strategy of building regional alliances and cooperation with the aim of creating sustainable growth and development across the oil and gas value chain," said SPC chief executive Koh Ban Heng.
