THE PHILIPPINES -- The Philippines' Department of Energy plans to offer 10 oil and gas blocks under the Public Contracting Round (PCR) 3 by Dec. 3.
Energy undersecretary Guillermo Balce expects $200 million of investment. The Department of Energy plans to offer 10 additional oil and gas blocks to interested investors.
Acreage details are being finalized. A preliminary presentation on PCR3 will take place in Australia.
