STAVANGER, Norway – Norwegian Energy Company (Noreco) has completed the sale of its interest in Norwegian Sea license PL435 on the Haltenbanken to OMV Norge for $30 million.
The concession includes the gas discovery Zidane-1.
Under certain conditions, Noreco is also entitled to an additional consideration if a discovery ensues from the forthcoming exploration well Zidane-2.
