Eni Heron farm-in approved

The Designated Authority in Australia’s Northern territory has approved Eni’s proposed farm-in to offshore exploration permit NT/P68.

MELBOURNE, Australia – The Designated Authority in Australia’s Northern territory has approved Eni’s proposed farm-in to offshore exploration permit NT/P68.

According to partner MEO, Eni has advised that all technical work is under way to prepare for drilling the Heron prospect. It is currently seeking to procure a suitable rig and to obtain regulatory approvals for the well.
