Apache says Australian storm now past
Offshore staff
HOUSTON – Danger from Tropical Cyclone Bianca has past, and the Stag oil field and Pyrenees FPSO are back on production, says Apache Corp. Both Apache’s Stag and the BHP Billiton-operated FPSO went offline in anticipation of the storm.
Apache also says that cyclone-related downtime has pushed completion of production facility repairs for Van Gogh oil field offshore Western Australia, to the end of the first week in February.
