TEL AVIV, Israel – Delek Group says Israel’s government has extended the expiration date of three offshore licenses.

Alon A/364,Alon C/366, Alon D/367, and Ruth C/360 all now run through Sept. 1, 2014, subject to a work plan and compliance with various conditions.

However, the Commissioner of Oil and Gas Affairs has advised that the Alon B/365, Alon F/364, Ruth A/358, Ruth B/359, and Eran/353 licenses have all expired.

Delek says the gas partnerships are examining available legal options in order to exercise their rights with regard to all or some of the expired concessions. This could include filing an appeal on the commissioner’s decision.
