INEOS grows stakes in two Danish North Sea fields

STAINES, UK – Spirit Energy has agreed to divest interests in two Danish North Sea fields to INEOS.

The divestment, via two Spirit subsidiaries in Denmark, comprises a 40% stake in the Hejre discovery and 27.7% in the Solsort discovery.

Pending approval from the authorities the transaction is expected to close later this year.
