Dana Petroleum is preparing to restart production operations at the Triton FPSO in the central UK North Sea.
This follows an extended period offline to complete various repairs and scheduled maintenance work.
Partner Serica Energy said each satellite field connected to the FPSO will be brought back onstream systematically, with stable production levels set to be achieved during July.
Prior to the shutdown, the FPSO was delivering 25,000 boe/d net to Serica. These volumes should rise following the startup of two new wells, both completed during the downtime period: W7z on the Guillemot North West Field (Serica 10%) and the EV02 well on the Evelyn Field (Serica 100%).
Repairs were performed on the inert gas marine system, with more than 100 components either replaced or refurbished. Topside modifications also took place to prepare for the start of production from the Belinda Field in early 2026.
Other measures included maintenance work on the firewater system, with valves and sections of pipework throughout the platform replaced.
There are no further planned outages for the Triton FPSO this year, Serica stressed.
