CNOOC starts up Enping 21-4 wells offshore China

The development connects to existing production facilities and should produce about 5,300 boe/d of light crude in 2025. 

HONG KONGCNOOC has brought onstream its Enping 21-4 oilfield project in the eastern South China Sea.

The development, in an average water depth of 89 m, connects to existing production facilities and should produce about 5,300 boe/d of light crude in 2025. 

The Enping 21-4 oil field was developed via two new extended-reach wells drilled from the existing production platform to a total depth of more than 9,500 m.
