WELLINGTON, New Zealand --New Zealand Oil & Gas Ltd. says it plans to start oil production from Tui in June. In the Taranaki basin off New Zealand's North Island, Tui is expected to reach a peak production of 50,000 b/d of oil.
The drilling program is on schedule with Tui-2H drilled to a measured depth of 3,427 m (11,243 ft).
