PERTH, Western Australia – The extended well test at Tindalo-1 in permit SC54A offshore the Philippines from the end of May to mid-June produced 56,708 bbl of oil, according to Nido Petroleum Ltd. reports to partner Kairiki Energy Ltd.
Nido reportedly varied the production rates over that time to assess the reservoir performance. The field currently is restricted to producing 5,000-6,000 b/d gross fluids pending completion of the production processing system.
Final commissioning of the production system includes installation and testing of the oil-in-water metering. Once that is done, oil will be sent to the FSO.
