Offshore staff

TOKYO – Crude oil production now is under way at the BHP Billiton operated Ravensworth field, says INPEX Alpha Ltd. Ravensworth is in production license WA-43-L offshore Western Australia.

The WA-43-L portion of Ravensworth is developed in conjunction with the Pyrenees oil development in WA-42-L. Ravensworth spans both production licenses, says INPEX.

Ravensworth field is in 210 m (689 ft) of water 45 km (28 mi) off Exmouth. The oil is processed for offtake via the FPSO on WA-42-L.
