OSLO -- Höegh LNG and Prosafe Production have signed an MOU for long-term cooperation on LNG FPSO projects. The cooperation will use FEED work already developed by Höegh LNG as its basis.
Höegh LNG will be responsible for design, project execution, completion, operation, and funding of each project. Prosafe Production will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the LNG FPSOs.
