Bifold Fluidpower acquires Marshalsea Hydraulics

(UK) - Bifold Fluidpower Ltd., manufacturer of stainless steel pneumatic and electro-hydraulic directional control valves for the oil and gas industry, has acquired Marshalsea Hydraulics Ltd., a manufacturer of specialist hydraulic pumps and products for the oil and gas industry.
Following the acquisition, the Bifold Group offers directional control valve and pump solutions for specialist applications which include; topside and subsea wellhead control and HPUs, valve actuators, choke valves, HIPPS, fire dampers, deluge skids, turbines, and compressors.
