Offshore staff

ABERDEEN, UK -- CNR International (UK) has contracted Aker Kvaerner for design and construction activities relating to the Brenda field development. The scope involves installing additional equipment on the Balmoral floating production platform in the UK central North Sea, to enable processing of gas from the Oilexco-operated Brenda subsea tieback. The new facilities will also provide extra capacity for the Balmoral field itself.

Aker Kvaerner will undertake all the work from its offices in Dyce, with detailed engineering support from staff in Stockton, UK. The project should be completed in July 2007.
