Apache sells Bohai Bay interest

(Houston) -- Apache Corp. has agreed to sell its interest in China's Zhao Dong block in Bohai Bay to ROC Oil Co. Ltd. of Australia.
The $260 million transaction involving subsidiary Apache China Corp. is expected to close before year-end.
