Alderley wins Shetland FPSO process package

Alderley Systems is to supply process equipment for the BP-operated Quad 204 FPSO, which will replace the existing FPSO on the Schiehallion field, west of Shetland.

WICKWAR, UK – Alderley Systems is to supply process equipment for the BP-operated Quad 204 FPSO, which will replace the existing FPSO on the Schiehallion field, west of Shetland.

The company will fabricate an oil metering system, comprising four ultrasonic meter streams with a 30-in. (76-cm) bidirectional prover; and a gas metering system, consisting of three ultrasonic meter streams in duplex system at class 1500.

In addition, Alderley will supply associated control systems and a Slops preparation package, comprising a skid-mounted single hydrocyclone.
