OSLO, Norway --Eni Norge says the FPSO Goliat will get electricity from shore to combine with a gas turbine on the vessel for power.

The redundant power sources are independent so operations can continue in the event one fails to keep the reservoir flowing. The shore cable also will be sized to provide power for expected tie-ins of new production toGoliat.

Eni Norge says the final concept selection for the FPSO is planned for early 4Q 2008 with a Plan of Development and Operation due by year-end.

Eni Norge is operator with 65%, StatoilHydro ASA has 20%, and Noil Energy ASA has 15% in production license 229/229B/229C.
