Gulf awards Angola pipeline installation

LONDON -- Cabinda Gulf Oil Co. has awarded installation of the export pipeline system at the Tombua Landana development off Cabinda, Angola, to Acergy S.A.

The $150-million contract covers installation and tie-in of two lines to connect Tombua Landana drilling and the production platform to the Benguela Belize oil and gas pipeline system. Installation is planned for mid-2008, according to Acergy.
