Cal Dive wins East Coast pipeline project

HOUSTON –Cal Dive International Inc. has won a $125-million contract to install, trench, backfill, tie-in, and pre-commission a natural gas pipeline off the US East Coast starting this June.

Cal Dive says the project, which is scheduled for completion in mid-2009, will use theLone Star pipeline barge, the Atlantic derrick barge, the Kestrel saturation dive support vessel, and a four-point saturation dive vessel.
