    PTL forms welding agreement with Subsea7

    INVERURIE, UK — Pipeline Technique (PTL) has entered into a long-term agreement to provide Subsea7 with welding and coating services.

    PTL recently acquired the Oil & Gas division from pipeline services and equipment provider Stanley Black & Decker, another long-term supplier to Subsea7.

    In 2019 private equity firm Blue Water Energy acquired PTL from Heerema Marine Contractors.
