LANGESUND, Norway -- Two engineering contracts for deepwater drillship topsides have been awarded to Grenland Group by Samsung Heavy Industries.
The contracts cover engineering for drilling modules/topsides for newbuild drillships for Ferncliff Drilling AS and Petrobras International Braspetro BV.
Work is scheduled to begin immediately at Grenland's Tonsberg facility with completion by late spring 2007.
