Offshore staff
ABERDEEN, UK – Swire Oilfield Services is investing £50 million ($81.5 million) in 2011 as part of its global development strategy. Around £20 million ($32.6 million) is earmarked for North Sea operations, including providing new rental fleet units and support infrastructure.
Swire Oilfield Services has started work on its £4million ($6.5 million) Aberdeen headquarters, which will create up to 50 new jobs on completion. The new headquarters will be based in the Altens Industrial Estate on Souter Head Road. The building work is due for completion in summer 2012.
The company has officially launched a new global division, Swire Modular Systems, and has officially opened its North American corporate office in Houston.
