UTEC provides survey back-up for pipelay project offshore Dubai

HOUSTON – Offshore survey company UTEC has completed an offshore program for a pipelay contractor in the Middle East.

For the project offshore Dubai, UTEC supported the DP pipelay vessel in ultra-shallow water. The company provided enhanced USBL (ultra-short baseline) methodologies and survey support services on two additional DP vessels assisting the pipelay.

This was UTEC’s second job for the contractor in this region.
