ABERDEEN, UK– TRaC Global will offer one-to-one advice on ATEX and IECEx compliance Sept. 3-6, at Offshore Europe. TRaC will also explain how to achieve other compliance criteria for safety, radio and EMC, critical to manufacturers looking to develop their business in the international oil and gas markets.
In addition to ATEX, the company offers IECEx testing and certification services that enable its clients to meet the common technical requirements of any IECEx participating country – which include Australia, Brazil, Russia, and Kazakhstan. IECEx is currently accepted in more than 30 countries and operates alongside or in support of existing national certification schemes such as the European ATEX system. Although there are differences between ATEX and IECEx compliance, TRaC – as an organization qualified in both systems – can construct a single test program that accommodates compliance with both sets of criteria.
The company will also highlight its early stage qualification services where TRaC works closely with the clients’ design teams at an early stage in the product development cycle to help manufacturers achieve first time success and reduce the “time to market.”
