Cal Dive installed an in-line PLET at the Rigel well in Mississippi Canyon block 252. A second end PLET terminated the flowline system at the Gemini manifold in Mississippi Canyon block 292. The semisubmersibleUncle John and its subsea commissioning system hydrotested and dewatered the entire flow line system. Cal Dive completed the project two months ahead of schedule without incident.
The company mobilized theUncle John to install the jumpers at all three well locations and provide early production by operating the 17 hands tree.
