OSLO, Norway --Petroleum Geo-Services ASA has signed a four-year, $58-million charter with SeaBird Exploration Ltd. for the seismic source vessel Harrier Explorer.
PGS has an option to use the vessel for 2D surveys by adding the necessary equipment and paying the operating cost. Scheduled to start on May 1, 2007, PGS has two one-year extension options.
