EAGE, London--Roxar released details of its agreement with Geomodeling Technology Corp. for resale of the Visual VoxAt seismic interpretation software today at the EAGE in London.

Added to its previous processing offerings of reservoir modeling (IRAP RMS), history matching and uncertainty estimation (EnABLE), and reservoir simulation (Tempest), this gives Roxar a complete seismic through reservoir characterization suite of processing tools, says the company.

"Roxar's overriding goal is to help E&P companies make better decisions – addressing questions such as 'How can I detect and address my reservoir targets faster?', 'How can I find that prospect that has gone unnoticed by others?', and "How can I maximize the value of my assets?'," says Sandy Esslemont, Roxar CEO.

"Visual VoxAt will strengthen Roxar's integrated seismic to production workflow solutions," he says.

Visual VoxAt is an integrated seismic attribute generation, visualization, calibration, and classification program, in addition to handling conventional seismic interpretation workflow, Geomodeling Technology says.
