COLOMBO, Sri Lanka -- The Ministry of Petroleum & Petroleum Resources Development of Sri Lanka, in association with Fugro Data Solutions Ltd., is planning to launch the first Mannar Basin Licensing Round. Road shows will be held this month in London, Houston, and Kuala Lumpur.

The Mannar basin has seen relatively minor exploration activity in the past. Recently acquired seismic data, however, indicates significant potential for hydrocarbon accumulations.

The data room will be available Sept. 24-28, 2007.

To register for the road shows, data rooms, and one-on-one meetings before the events begin, visit http://www.prds-srilanka.com.
