Norwegian shelf electromagnetic survey set

The Rocksource Group has contracted ElectroMagnetic GeoServices to acquire electromagnetic data over parts of the Norwegian shelf this summer. Rocksource will interpret the results to select future prospects for drilling and also for its future license applications.

OSLO, Norway -- The Rocksource Group has contracted ElectroMagnetic GeoServices to acquire electromagnetic data over parts of the Norwegian shelf this summer. Rocksource will interpret the results to select future prospects for drilling and also for its future license applications.

The $11.43 million contract specifies a minimum of 25 survey lines to acquire the data, with an option to increase this number to 50. Execution of the contract should take around three months.
