Guinea signs offshore concession agreement

HOUSTON -- Hyperdynamics Corp. has signed an agreement with the Republic of Guinea to explore an offshore oil and gas concession.

The signing at Conakry, Guinea, gives Hyperdynamics access to an under-explored area considered to have high production potential based on already completed seismic work.

Agreement details have not yet been released.
