Spectrum to reprocess Andaman Islands seismic

India's Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) has contracted Spectrum to reprocess up to 10,100 line km (6,278 mi) 2D of seismic data offshore the Andaman Islands. Spectrum will license the data results to third parties.

HOUSTON -- India's Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH) has contracted Spectrum to reprocess up to 10,100 line km (6,278 mi) 2D of seismic data offshore the Andaman Islands. Spectrum will license the data results to third parties.

The new agreement follows the Indian government's launch of the NELP VIII Licensing Round that comprises eight blocks offshore Andaman Islands.

NELP-VIII bids close on Oct. 12.
