HOUSTON --Landmark Software and Services, part of Halliburton's Drilling and Evaluation Division, has released SeisSpace R5000 software aimed at both operators and contractors, and giving time and depth domain tools to process and quality check large data volumes.

SeisSpace R5000 makes pre-stack seismic data available for collaborative workflow and supports 3D, 4D, and 5D pre-stack volume visualization with a link to Landmark's OpenWorks database. The software also manages data on multi-core CPUs and storage devices with more effective noise suppression from a 3D FKK filter, spatial mix, FX-Y decon, and new surface-related multiple elimination

"E&P companies make a sizable investment in acquiring, processing and interpreting seismic data," says Chris Usher, research and development director, Landmark Software and Services. "With the SeisSpace R5000 release, Landmark is providing tools to ensure that those investments deliver the most accurate subsurface information in the shortest amount of time."
